11 Griffith College Students Nominated for 2025 SMEDIAS Awards
The nominations for the National Student Media Awards 2025 have now been announced!
We are delighted to share that 11 students from the Faculty of Journalism and Media Communications have been nominated for Student of the Year prizes in Ireland’s most prestigious annual national student media competition.

This year, the SMEDIAS is celebrating a milestone 25th year, and it is fantastic to see our students and recent graduates up for national recognition across the digital communications sectors of radio, journalism, photography and magazines.
