Griffith Halls of Residence to provide additional bed spaces for students in Dublin
Griffith Halls of Residence is making available 80 bed spaces in response to the ongoing student accommodation crisis in Dublin. Located at Griffith College Dublin’s campus on the South Circular Road, the Halls of Residence provides dedicated student accommodation with 165 apartments on site.
Speaking at the announcement, GHR manager Paul Smith said, “We are very aware of the current accommodation crisis in the city. These rooms would typically be reserved for our gap-year students exploring Europe. We are making them available to CAO and third-level students attending colleges and universities here in Dublin. We are hopeful that this will be a strong option for students and parents who are still trying to find good quality rooms. Our residents value its central location, on-campus facilities and the support provided by the onsite accommodation team.”
The 80 additional bed spaces starting from €169 per week are available to students attending any third-level institution in Dublin. Current residents include learners from Griffith College Dublin, Dublin Business School, University College Dublin, Trinity College Dublin, Technological University Dublin, Royal College of Surgeons and NCAD.
