Students Nationwide Participate in Griffith College's 2024 "Law Student for a Day" Event
On Friday, October 25, 2024, Griffith College Dublin was alive with excitement as over 120 aspiring law students from across Ireland gathered to immerse themselves in the world of law. Our annual Law Student for a Day event welcomed these bright, motivated students, providing an exclusive opportunity to step into the shoes of a Griffith College law student.
This unique experience allowed them to explore the vibrant academic atmosphere, engage with real-world legal concepts, and envision their futures within the field of law.
Throughout the day, attendees delved into stimulating law lectures, gaining firsthand insights into key legal concepts and the dynamics of courtroom proceedings. The highlight? An interactive courtroom drama that allowed each student to play a role in the justice process, debating, discussing, and ultimately deciding the outcome of a mock case. This hands-on exercise brought the legal theories they’d learned to life and honed their analytical and reasoning skills in a practical, high-stakes setting.
