The LSMD Celebrated on Joe Duffy's RTÉ Radio 1 Show

The Leinster School of Music & Drama (the LSMD) was proudly featured on a recent episode of Joe Duffy's show on RTÉ Radio 1. The focus was on elocution and speech and drama lessons. This engaging segment highlighted the LSMD's remarkable contributions and lasting impact in these fields. 

Maureen Burke, a cherished former LSMD examiner, was fondly remembered during the discussion. Her daughter shared insights into Maureen's exceptional work in elocution. Her legacy continues to inspire and influence the discipline. 

In a delightful addition to the programme, Dorothy Scully, a distinguished teacher and examiner with the LSMD, called in to share her expert views. Dorothy's eloquent representation of the school and her perspectives on the significance of elocution and speech & drama education were met with great enthusiasm from the audience.
