The Griffith College Counselling Service is still available for use and is free of charge. Counselling sessions are being conducted over the phone and via Skype making this accessible to all students, whether in Ireland or abroad.

Meditation & Wellbeing Apps:
A member of the SU staff is available for students who may have questions or just want to have a chat. The Zoom link is active Monday – Friday between 12 and 2pm.

The SU is organising a number of wellness talks to be held through Zoom. The content will be recorded and accessible to any student who cannot watch the live content. Talks are being provided by James Claffey (P.R.I.D.E. Fitness).
