The Innopharma Way

Using an established methodology called ‘The Innopharma Way, ’ the team's extensive experience is now being utilised for the benefit of our International students. Job searching and interview processes differ from country to country and from sector to sector. It is, therefore, critically important that our graduates become familiar with and are prepared to participate in and compete for jobs in the Irish job market.

Our comprehensive tools, techniques and processes are designed to provide maximum support broken into 3 important steps – one in each Semester.  Completion of a Skills Audit in Semester 1, which assists the team in matching individual skills with opportunities post qualification. Building a fit-for-purpose CV for job searching in Ireland in Semester 2. Preparation for competency-based interviews in Semester 3.   Once the student has successfully completed their programme – one-to-one sessions are then scheduled with industry-experienced Career Coaches.  Students must conduct each step to ensure they get the most value from their one-to-one meeting with their Career Coach.
