International Women's Day Breakfast Seminar
Mark International Women's Day at Griffith College's Dublin City Centre campus!
The theme of International Women's Day in 2019 is Balance for Better. come along to Griffith College's newest campus, conveniently located on Wolfe Tone Street in the heart of D1, to join us for a panel and breakfast discussion.
Speakers include:
- Nadia Ramoutar, PhD: A strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, Nadia earned her PhD in Communications from the University of Florida. She developed and teaches the CLICK programme at Griffith College's City Centre campus, and her point of view will be valuable to anyone with an interest in professional development.
- Colm Dempsey: A graduate from the UK's University of Teesside, Colm holds a Certificate in Professional Policing (Domestic Violence) and a Master's in Justice in Society. He also holds a Master's in Advanced Studies in Children's Rights from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland, and is a retired member of An Garda Síochána. He also developed and teaches the Children First and Vulnerable Persons Protection programme at Griffith College's City Centre campus.
- Suzanne Carthy: A full-time academic at Griffith College Dublin, Suzanne recently completed her PhD at the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, writing a mixed methods study of gender equality and inclusion in the Irish legal profession.
