IT Services Department Griffith College
The IT Services team consists of 13 people and encompasses a dedicated Service Desk team, a second-level infrastructure team managing networks and security, a learning and development team, a data analytics team, and a hybrid development team building and maintaining software platforms.
The department is directly responsible for all infrastructure and services, managing these services with our in-house teams. Learners, lecturers, and staff can avail of support on hosting, IT and A/V equipment in lecture rooms and labs, Wi-Fi networks, printing, and everything in between.
We collaborate with the HR, Digital Learning Department, and Faculty of Teaching and Learning to develop and deliver staff training across the organisation.
