Our people - Eilish McCarthy

Eilish holds an MA in International Tourism from the University of Limerick as well as a BBS in Business Studies with Marketing from Limerick Institute of Technology. She has over 16 years of experience in delivering both business and tourism-related modules in both private and public colleges.

She has also been involved in QQI programme development at both level 8 and 9. During her time of study, Eilish gained vast experience in the tourism and hospitality industry.
