Our people - Nicola O'Neill

Nicola is a past student of Griffith College and advanced her career to her current role of Finance Director within the financial services sector. While at Griffith she studied ACCA and continued on to be a chartered certified accountant.

Nicola's experience in finance spans a period of over 20 years.  From multinationals to SMEs and across various industries, FMCG, not-for-profit, manufacturing and financial services. She has gained vast experience in applying accounting principles into operations and procedures within the workplace. Understanding the IT systems we use as accountants is paramount to the verification of figures and she has ensured this is the cornerstone to all reporting. Reviewing processes, integrating internal controls across depts, compliance, and improvement initiatives are key aspects that she integrates into the role of finance.
