Griffith College International Students Receive Certificate at Annual Event
Griffith College International student ambassadors Lena Sperger and Alissa Nadine Zipp were presented with Certificates of Recognition by the Minister for Education and Skills at the annual Student Ambassador Awards.
Representing Griffith College
MA in TV and Radio Journalism student Sperger from Austria and BA in Business student Zipp, from Germany attended the event on Wednesday 3rd April.
On the evening, Sperger and Zipp were presented with Certificates of Recognition by Minister for Education and Skills Joe McHugh. This award acknowledged their participation in the 2018/2019 International Student Ambassador Programme.
The International Experience
Following the acknowledgement, Sperger spoke fondly about the programme, “I applied for the student ambassador programme, as I thought it would help me to improve my skills and start building my network here in Ireland. The training sessions were very helpful and I meet some amazing people along the way from all across the world.”

The event was filled with amazing Student Ambassadors from all over the world sharing their experiences in Ireland, including Lena and Alissa who were flying the Griffith flag with great enthusiasm”.
