Improve Your Digital Teaching and Learning with the national INDEx Survey
On Monday 11 November, Griffith College students and teachers will be given the opportunity to contribute to future digital learnings by taking part in the Irish National Digital Experience Survey (INDEx).
The national institutions four campuses in Dublin, Cork and Limerick are asked to undertake the anonymous survey, with the results being used to enhance the future of digital teaching and learning.
What is digital learning?
Digital learning is an umbrella term for any type of learning that is taught through or accompanied by technology. This includes, but is not limited to online course materials, e-journals, time management apps and those used to access distance learning. All Griffith College students will engage in digital learning in some way during their studies.
The Importance of the INDEx survey
Griffith College along with more than 30 other educational institutions across the country have teamed up with the National Forum for the Enhancement of Teaching and Learning to conduct this survey.
It offers students and staff the chance to give their feedback on digital engagements while studying at the higher education institute. This feedback will then be used to improve technology related teachings and learnings.
The next step
Griffith College will launch its survey with the link on Monday 11 November. Once it’s live, we’re asking students and staff to check their email and complete the survey to be in with a chance of winning a 128GB iPad.
This email will be issued on Monday 1 November with the link to the survey.
