Griffith College's National Negotiation Competition 2020 team

On Saturday February 15th 2020, Griffith College Law students Jasmine Gerhardt, Oisin Breslin and Saheedat Salau will be representing the college at the National Negotiation Competition at the Law Society of Ireland.

The National Negotiation Competition is a competition in which a team of two Law students represent a party/client and negotiate either a transaction or the resolution of a dispute with an opposing team of Law Students.

Each team is presented with both general and confidential facts from their ‘client’ of a negotiation scenario. Judges will assess the negotiation, the post-consultation discussions and presentations delivered by the students so they can rank the team’s performance.

The winners of the Irish National Negotiation Competition will represent the country at the International Negotiation Competition, to be held in Montana, USA in July 2020.
