College Entry Maths Exam

Do you need maths to take your place on a Griffith College Course?

Griffith College will be holding a free ordinary level Leaving Certificate maths exam, for students who have not passed maths in their Leaving Cert. On successful completion of this exam it can be used by students who require maths as an entry requirement, or who require an extra subject to gain entrance on a Griffith College course.

This is a two and a half hour exam, based on ordinary level exam papers 1 and 2. The exam takes place on Friday the 24th August as well as the 7th of September. For students who are looking to revise maths for this course there is a free tutorial available on www.maths.gcd.ie

Students interested in taking this exam will need to have the following with them on the day:

• Photo ID
• Scientific calculator
• Maths set
• Pens/pencil etc.
