Our people - Eilis O'Leary

Eilis has been involved in higher education management since 2006. Her extensive experience covers programme development, programme management, lecturing, articulation and transnational agreements, stakeholder engagement and quality assurance and enhancement. Eilis won a National Teaching Hero Award in 2014.

She values collaborative, learner-centred, solution-oriented approaches to creating inclusive learning environments. In 2020, Eilis designed, managed and delivered a comprehensive YouTube webinar series ‘Restart your Business, Rethink your Strategy’, in association with ISME, which aimed to help the many businesses struggling during the COVID-19 crisis. She was invited to contribute to the book ‘Crisis: 25 Business Leaders on Surviving in Troubled Times’ by Tom Maguire. Eilis is currently undertaking a Doctorate in Business Administration at South East Technological University.
