Our people - Mike Ball

Mike Ball is a lecturer in the Faculty of Law at Griffith College Cork. He graduated with an LL.B (Hons) before gaining a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. Mike lectured for a number of years in the UK before relocating to Ireland where he graduated with an LL.M (Hons) from University College Cork. Mike’s PhD thesis offers a critical analysis of the role of the banking sector in the eurozone crisis and the institutional responses to it at the European level. He successfully defended his thesis in January 2021.
