Your application will be reviewed and processed upon receipt of the requested documentation.

I understand that the College reserves the right to refuse admission to any of its courses at its absolute discretion.

I understand that the College reserves the right to make all appropriate enquiries of any application and of any student who has been admitted.

I understand that if an applicant or student fails to disclose any information that in the view of the College course affects the health and safety of others, the College reserves the right to refuse admission or to require the student to withdraw from a course of study, as the case may be.

Course places are allocated on a first come basis, based on receipt of your signed acceptance reply, and full payment of course fees, or payment of your first instalment, where applicable. Full payment of course fees is required 4 weeks before course commencement unless an instalment plan is agreed.

Cancellation must be confirmed in writing more than fourteen working days prior to commencement of the course. Griffith College Short Courses Department will refund the total amount paid less a minimum administration charge of €100. Cancellation after this period will result in full course fees being forfeited. Written notice should be directed to [email protected]

If written cancellation is not received prior to the course, and the participant does not attend on the day(s), then the participant, or the Company, is liable for full course fees.

Griffith College Short Courses Department reserves the right to change any of the details given in any of its course brochures.

Griffith College Short Courses Department reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course in the event of unforeseen circumstances or insufficient numbers.

If a course is over-subscribed or cancelled, applicants will be given the option of a full refund or be booked onto the next available course. Course scheduled dates, days and times may change throughout the course. Exam fees, unless specified, are not included in course fees.
