HR Managers from across Cork city and county were invited to Griffith College Cork for a one day training event in Mindfulness and Cognitive Therapy Training on Monday, 27th of June 2016.
For the first time, the faculties of Law, Media, English and Business at Griffith College Cork participated by offering free lectures with the Lifelong Learning Festival.
