From students to staff, we have support available for every member of our community. Whether it's your first time living away from home, you need help getting through exams, or you just need a little push to be a better you, we'll help you find the tools that can help.
If you need immediate help
In a crisis (when someone might harm themselves, harm someone else, or is vulnerable to suicide) it is important to get help as quickly as you can for yourself or the person you are concerned about.
